Synaptic Assistant Cloud

The last AI agent your business will ever need.

An assistant that takes action with your tools, accesses your business intelligence, and remembers what matters.

Examples

See how the agent works across conversations, tools, and memory.

Each example shows the assistant using business context, taking action, and carrying the thread forward.

Connectors

Bring in the systems your team already uses.

Files, chat surfaces, and downstream tools stay in the same orbit instead of becoming separate assistant silos.

Google Workspace

Google Workspace

Drive, Gmail, Calendar, and docs in working context.

Microsoft

Microsoft

Bring Microsoft files and workflows into the same assistant.

Box

Box

Retain shared files without export-and-upload loops.

Slack

Slack

Answer inside channels while keeping workspace continuity.

Discord

Discord

Support community and team workflows from the same system.

Telegram

Telegram

Keep external chat surfaces tied to the same assistant memory.

Google Chat

Google Chat

Work directly inside Google Chat spaces with shared context.

HubSpot

HubSpot

Pull CRM context into conversations and follow-up workflows.

Capabilities

Everything the agent needs to do real work.

Channels, tools, context, memory, model choice, and controls in one system.

Chat From Anywhere

Work in the app, Slack, Telegram, or Google Chat without restarting the thread.

Use Real Tools

Search files, update records, review transcripts, and draft the next move across connected systems.

Business Context Built In

Pull from synced files, CRM history, and workspace context instead of starting from a blank prompt.

Memory That Persists

Keep what matters across conversations so the agent gets more useful over time.

Bring Your Own AI

Use OpenRouter or OpenAI as the model layer while Synaptic handles context, memory, and orchestration.

Controls For Real Teams

Encrypted credentials, connector controls, and approval gates for actions that should stop for review.

Self-Hosted

Run Synaptic Assistant on your own infrastructure under FSL-1.1-ALv2.

  • Deploy on your own servers
  • Internal and other permitted non-competing use
  • Competing commercial rights require separate terms

Example: if a Pro user averages 12 GB stored during the month, only 2 GB is billed as overage. Self-hosted use is available under FSL; see the repo for license terms.

FAQ

Short answers to the questions people ask before they connect anything.

Can I self-host Synaptic Assistant?

Yes. Synaptic Assistant is available under FSL-1.1-ALv2, which allows internal use, research, education, and other permitted non-competing use. If you need rights beyond those FSL terms, contact us.

Do I bring my own model access?

Yes. Synaptic Assistant Cloud is built around your own model access while we handle sync, memory, orchestration, approvals, and workflow control.

What is the difference between Cloud and self-hosted?

Cloud is the managed version with hosted infrastructure, storage billing, and commercial support. Self-hosted gives you the codebase and operational control under the FSL license.

What counts toward storage?

Stored synced file content, retained transcript content, and memory content all count toward storage. Paid overage is based on monthly average retained storage, not peak usage.

What happens at the free limit?

Free workspaces stop taking on new retained storage once they hit 25 MB. You can upgrade to Pro to continue syncing and retaining new workspace context.

Which connectors are included on free?

Free includes Google, Microsoft, and Box. Pro unlocks the full connector set and paid storage overage above the included amount.
